- A No, the sugar-free vanilla product that I use does not contain maltodextrin. I can't speak to the Sugarfree Chocolate Fudge.
- A Whey protein isolate, cocoa powder, sunflower lecithin, xanthan gum, natural french vanilla flavor, rebaudioside A. Contains milk. It cautions you about being pregnant or planning surgery - to check with your doctor. I like this product (Chocolate flavor) because it is made from Grass Fed Cows and it really tastes good. It has no sugar - and that is good since I am a diabetic II. It has no fat, only 10 mg of Cholesterol, very little sodium and a balance of Potassium. Only 2 g of carbohydrates. However, it lacks sufficient fiber - and since the protein is 20 g, you could become constipated if you don't get enough fiber. I put it in my morning 'smoothie', adding a half banana, a few unsalted dry-roasted peanuts and a half t-spoon of unsweetened cocoa. I also put 8 oz of unsweetened Almond Milk in it. All in all, I love the product. I have ordered three so far. Oh, it does come with a measuring scoop inside, but it is way down at the bottom. Enjoy
