  1. Q What’s the comparison between taking this vs. whey protein?
    A HMB is a supplemental compound that is a super recovery agent for muscles, as opposed to whey protein which is an essential building block to feed and make muscles grow. I use both, but HMB allows me to never be sore from exercise and help muscles recover=grow. Hope this helps.
  2. Q Why does clear muscle state a great recovery/post workout supplement but the directions clearlt states take 30 min. before workout?
    A It takes a little while for your body to break down and absorb, therefore to get the desired effects you have to take it before your muscles are stimulated. Think about it like you taking an aspirin after you already have a headache, wouldn't it have been nice to know you were going to have a pain in your head...HMB does this with sore muscles.
  3. Q Is the softgel made out of geletin? I am a vegeterian.

    A I find that you have to store them in a cool, dry place. Mine have melted in the past, too! But they are really worth the funky smell. It only lasts a second and it does such good for you!

    A According to Muscletech, this is a muscle builder. It will aid in recovery time after a workout, so you might benefit from that, but I'd recommend looking into their anabolic and thermogenic products in combination with Clear Muscle. I've been using MT Creactor pre and post workout with Clear Muscle and do a "cut" with MT Hydroxycut Next Gen. Their Aminos & Energy pre and intra workout helped me with muscle density.
