  1. Q How much protein is in matrix
    A 23g protein for one scoop
  2. Q how does the simply vanilla taste?
    A Pretty good. It is better when mixed with another flavor, but overall it's got, a decent vanilla flavor.
  3. Q Does it help with gaining weight
    A I dont use for weight gain. I am bariatric patient so i use this to add more protein to my diet. High protein, low carb, low sugar diet. I replace one meal with a protein shake.
  4. Q Is the cookies and cream a good, strong sweet flavor?
    A I found that using this with any percent fat or non fat milk was to sweet. However, using almond milk with 45 calories or less made this protein shake cookies and cream taste better.
  5. Q How well does it mix in a blinder?
    A It mixes well in the blender with some ice and either milk or water and is really delicious. This is my favorite protein powder and I’ve tried them all
  6. Q Does this taste better than the chocolate truffle flavor? I found that one to be chalky and absolutely revolting.
    A I have never tried the chocolate truffle flavor, banana is okay, i don’t find it to be chalky tasting like a lot of other protein drinks. Natural Peach Nectar is my absolute favorite.
  7. Q does this mix to a thin or thick consistency? thank you in advance
    A It is not thick. You can mix with water or non-fat or low fat milk. My preference is nonfat milk and adding a ripe banana mix in a blender for a thicker consistency. However you have to remember this does increase the calories on the protein drink. Mixing with just water is fine however I prefer 4 oz of water to 1 scoop of powder for more banana flavor.
  8. Q Do the protein powders contain any peanut or nut ingredients?
    A I do not know, you will need to ask the manufacture.
  9. Q The description says 2 lbs peanut butter cookie, but shows the 5 lb chocolate. Which product would I receive?
    A The plastic bin is a 2lb container, the 5 lb order comes in a large bag.
  10. Q What is the sweetener?
    A Sucralose is listed as the last ingredient.
  11. Q Does this have caffeine?
    A No added caffeine
  12. Q does it make pudding
    A Not on its own. You COULD use it for hot chocolate, but only if your milk or water doesn't exceed 140°
  13. Q I love the perfect chocolate syntrax matrix. Is the milk chocolate sweeter? Does it have a good chocolate taste?
    A It's not like Chocolate Milk. but it does have a good taste, esp when you mix it very cold with ice/unsweetened almond milk. if you want it a tad sweeter, use the sweetened almond milk. Not chalky like a lot of protein powders and mixes really well in my nutribullet
  14. Q Can you lose weight with this product?
    A Yes, it can assist with a weight loss and with a proper meal plan. I use this as a meal replacement in the morning. So instead of a 250 - 400 calorie breakfast, I will use a scoop of this with no sugar added almond milk 8 oz about 130 cal. It will keep you satisfied for about 2 hours before you will need a snack. I might also use it in the evening before bed.
  15. Q Why is this so much cheaper than the Nectar products which are same size?
    A I have had bariatric surgery. This brand is the best that I have found. Their flavors are great. I mix with water but you can mix with anything. This is a product from the same company. Syntrax nectar and syntrax matrix same things. Try it you will live it.
  16. Q Mine came without a scoop. How big is the scoop?
    A On the scooper in my container at the bottom of the scoop is says it is 80 cc.
  17. Q Which has a better chocolate taste, the milk chocolate or the perfect chocolate?
    A It actually depends on your taste though but you may check on each product's feedback to get more ideas.

    A purple is just the newer bottles , they are re-designed

    A Many of these products have a picture of the back showing the ingredients; that's where I found them originally before purchasing. Each product varies in their caloric and carb count. Calories are low, usually between 29-60 per scoop. No sugars, and low carb!
