    A no
  2. Q Is this product use in conjunction with the MRE protien or on its own?
    A It can be used with MRE or solo... on workout days it should be taken 30 minutes preworkout!
  3. Q Is this any type of steroids?
    A No steroids. The ingredients include epicatechin which blocks a protein in your body called myostatin which stops muscle building. As well as HMB (beta-hydroxy-beta-methyl butyrate) and HICA (2-Hydroxisocaproic acid) which are metabolites of leucine, the most anabolic amino acid in the body that triggers muscle protein synthesis and increases muscle growth. It also includes vitamin D3 which is a natural testosterone booster and aids in muscle growth, and astragin which is a product that increases the absorption of all these other ingredients. All natural, no steroids. You wouldn’t be able to buy steroids on eBay they require a prescription from a licensed endocrinologist. Thank you for your question!

    A Yes you can. Both are non stimulant and work great together. You can even stack total war too.

    A I did, didn't have any problems. I'd mix this with total war, and sometimes creatine. Only down side is the taste.
