    A Unfortunately I had to stop using it due to a reaction to the stimulants. But I didn't notice any heavy weight gain after stopping. I guess that is because I continued to workout.

    A Hi,these are liquid gel caps. the dosage was too strong for me. I can only take one per day. otherwise i get very bad heartburn. It feels like i cant even swallow. I starting seening results when i paired it with Forskolin. Good luck
