Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A The label does day 200mg. I would assume 200mg is correct. I don't think 20mg would be of much help when sweating out fluids.
  2. A I have purchased 2 bottles so far and both bottles had the powder. Did not affect the product in any wayKenny
  3. A Size of capsul is about same as a calcium supplement. Bullet shape helps make it easy to swallow.
  4. A It's actually a capsule and easy to swallow.
  5. A If I could say a few words, I'd be a much better public speaker!!!
  6. A Hi Brittany,Thanks for reaching out! We do hope that you're safe and sound! We appreciate you for expressing your interest in one of our premium items. To answer your question about the carb and sugar free, is yes. It is carb and sugar free. It has electrolytes.we do hope that this may help you.Feel free to message us if you have any concerns.Regards,Jay A.Elite Sportz Customer Champion
  7. A More than likely, since the main ingredients are mineral.
  8. A It seems to work well for me during long rides (40 to 75 miles) With only two water bottles. I usually take two pills about every 10 miles to prevent cramps. Since I’ve been taking rehydr8 I havent had cramps.
  9. A sodium, calcium, vitamin d3,magnesium and potassium...you can eat a bunch of banannas take in some salt with water .... but this pill works for me. no cramps after a run so far
  10. A It works well, my leg cramps are gone
  11. A If they relieve your cramping like they do mine, you won’t care about any carbs.
  12. A I use the pills to prevent cramping during long training runs. 400 milligrams of potassium alone is not enough for me.
  13. A Reading from the bottle: 200 mg. Sodium, 50 mg Calcium, 100 IU Vitamin D3, 50 mg Magnesium, 99 mg Potassium. No artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners. There are 120 capsules in each bottle. I take 3 about 30-60 minutes before I begin my cycling or run. After that, I try to take 3 every additional hour of exercise. As someone who cramps frequently, I haven't, yet, while taking these.
  14. A No... if you experience any weight gain , its not due to the salt tablets.
  15. A Hi Because these are basically salts the FDA don't require a expiration date but the lab assured me that its 2 to 3 years. Regards Michelle Elite Sportz
  16. A I have used both products but I have not placed them side by side and I do not have any saltsticks available. They appear to be the same size capsule.
  17. A Nothing on the bottle addresses gluten, but it's electrolytes and the vegetable capsule, plus magnesium stearate. Gluten isn't vegetable, so I'm going to say no. But it doesn't specifically say no...
  18. A Okay. I am not a medical professional. I use these from time to time when I have been working outside in the hot Florida summer (90-100 deg and high humidity). I find that they help me replenish some of my electrolytes and overcome dehydration that comes from sweating so much in such high heat. And yes, they do help the cramps when I really really get dehydrated.Now. Please understand this. These tablets contain things that could potentially harm you depending on your physical health and medical conditions. Too much Potassium or Sodium can be bad for you if you have certain medical conditions. Too little can do the same. I take these, occasionally, because I regularly see my physician and have blood tests (including a complete CMP) three times a year. I know my medical conditions. I know what I should and should not do. I know what I can do on occasion to correct things like dehydration. AND, I know how the contents of these pills might affect the other medications that I take.SO . . . .First advice to you is this. See a physician first and have a complete physical along with blood tests. Then, advise the physician of the activities you are going to be involved in, your concerns, and seek his/her advice. Your physician will likely give you the best advice.Second advice, companies that market products like this are not out to hurt you. But they are also not aware of your medical history or your personal physician’s recommendations. They simply want to sell you a product. Is their product good or bad? Hopefully good. Do you really need it? Let your doctor advise you. After all, you probably pay your doctor far more $$$ for advice and care then you will spend on any supplements. Is the product great? Yes, for some people. Is the product right for you . . . .? Let your doctor decide that.Hope this helps.Stay Healthy, Live Long, Give Love and Compassion to all....Bruce
