    A I don't put it in water other than using water when swallowing the tablets. My guess it that it would take some time for the capsules to dissolve in water.

    A It is just CGMP Certified.
  7. Q Is gelatin in it derived from pork or beef?
    A YES PORK
  8. Q Does one pill affect flavor of coffee
    A Don’t know. I take the pill while and don’t add it to coffee but imagine it would affect the flavor.

    A There are no magic pills that will make you lose weight. Having a decent diet, creating a caloric deficit, and using weight training to change their body composition will help you lose weight. this is caffeine.   13. Q does your caffeine come from green tea?
    A I don't know but I would be willing to guess that the answer is no. It's likely from coffee beans. Good green tea is expensive with the cheapest tea coming from China and you wouldn't want a concentrated product made from concentrated green tea from China because their green tea has lead in it. The best green tea comes from Japan. I used to import expensive green tea directly from Japan and brewed it daily. I prefer "Elite" caffeine over green tea because I know exactly how much I am getting. With green tea, I would feel great for a month or so but then I would start to notice some sort of side effects from it and would have to quit using it. For me, "Elite" caffeine is the only product I have found where I can take caffeine on a daily basis without feeling any side effects. Daily does is 2-4 capsules per day. Never more for my age. See Dr. Greger for how much caffeine you should take in a day.

    A I didn’t feel any energy from taking these. I give this product two thumbs down

    A According to the label. its opposite..but I can confidently say it is very effective. Absolutely no jitters or caffeine nervousness.. just a little get up and go without anxiety

    A It's a granule/powder inside of a gelatin capsule that opens.
  20. Q This is advertised as 100% vegetarian, however, gelatin is listed as an ingredient, & comes from animals. Can you confirm which is correct?
    A It's NOT Vegan. It also contains a few toxic chemicals. They were just suspended and lost all of their reviews because of that, hence the 0 reviews.

    A I do not know -- I DO know that it works.
