    A There are 16g of carbohydrates in each 2oz. gel pack. It is also important to remember that glucose is a more efficient carbohydrate than either sucrose or fructose.
  2. Q I was able to buy this product in the past and now i cannot because it is no longer allowed to be shipped to hawaii. why??? very frustrating!!!
    A Crazy - this was available in the form of fruit chews and they seem not to be available any longer. I don’t know why the gel cannot be shipped to Hawaii.

    A I don’t know. I have only used the packages of chews, which seem to not be available any longer. I learned about them on a diabetic website and they worked well for low blood sugar.

  13. Q Runners, what is the best way to carry the gel for a marathon? Too bulky for my fuel belt.
    A I just did a triathlon end of September, I use the gels, took one before the first leg and another one after my second leg kept it in my pocket until I was ready. Tri was 20 miles all together these work great!

    A Our gels have a shelf life of 2 years, and our current inventory has a best by date of November 2020
