So the pouch contains 14 servings, 1 scoop per serving, 24 grams of protein per serving. I hope this answers your question. We have slowly transitioned towards a smaller scoop, which makes one serving 2 scoops.The total portion size of the pouch still remains the same at 14 scoops per pouch. It seems you have one of the newer pouches with the smaller scoop. On a sidenote we did this because we found many customers prefer a smaller serving size. - A I prefer it blended with other items, but the Chocolate is for sure great by itself in a Shaker bottle! My family all drinks one per day and we have been using this since January.

I use Hamilton Beach Personal Single Serve Blender with Travel Lid, White (51101) which is under $15 and press it on for about 20 seconds, then a second time for about 10 seconds. Mine never separates, even if I get distracted and it sits for 5 or 10 minutes. Hope this helps
