  1. Q how many days in a row can I use endurox?
    A I try to use it every day, even if I don't work out. Those are also the directors from the company. I'll reiterate that I no longer have "bad days" or "off days" when I run, even after a lay off. I've been taking Endurox for over two years, and even though I went through a plateau phase about the one year mark, i got over the hump and It still helps me with distance running.

    A I'm assuming you ment to write "are there any banned substances in this product". None that are illegal. However, if you are participating competitively, I would ask whatever organization you fall under if using Endurox would be within their parameters. Exc; Deer antler velvet is not illegal, but major sports organizations don't allow it's use.
  3. Q I ordered this Feb 202) and it was expiring at the end of the month. Are these still close to expiring date?
    A The expiration date on the outside of the box is correct, your box expires February 2021 (next year).
  4. Q ‭valid until the year?
    A Yes, it was only recently that I started to have mediocre day (Maybe the last two months). Still could complete the workout, but felt like I wasn't preforming at optimum level. So I got off of Endurox to reset, I went on a run two days ago and was WAY OFF! Had not done that poorly and almost a year. My local GNC isn't carrying it anymore, so now I have to wait for it to arrive in the mail. The stuff really works, give it a try!
  5. Q This is vitamin E and ginseng. Neither are proven to do anything for athletic performance. How can it "work" for so many "reviewers"?
    A Ciwujia or winter gensing helps reduce latic acid buildup in muscles thus reducing fatigue. There are many sources that claim this and have experienced this with endurox. I can honestly say that it is like night and day, before I started taking endurox and afterwards. When it was difficult to run distance two to three times a week, after taking endurox that third day was much eaiser. I also supplement my running with 10 200 yards sprints several times in the week. 16 yeard ago in high school i would complete this workout in as long as 30 minutes. 2 weeks ago i broke 15 minutes. The first time ever! The only time I get sore is after doing serious calesthenics like the "murph". I am a firm believer that endurox and ciwujia. At least try one box, and see if you get results.
  6. Q Does this work in the same way as Endurox r4 powder?
    A I've tried the powder which is great but I prefer the pills. I take them before a workout or a.m. I feel it all day.
