- A You're not getting it from the best place. I found it at Sam's Club for much less.
- A They contain milk protein concentrate and sugar. The "standard" version is often marketed as a meal replacement drink for diabetics, so I would *assume* fairly low sugar. Best bet is to check the label at the grocery for the style (e.g. regular, added fiber, etc) you're interested in.

- A Legranate, which is my favorite flavor. I also drink Ensure Original vanilla shake which is pretty good. I have not seen the banana flavor.
- A I cannot tell by the ingredients listing, although it does have 5 mg cholesterol. It states it "contains milk ingredients", otherwise it looks kosher to me. I'm also concerned about food being kosher as I do not consume any "unclean" meats or ocean scavengers.

- A This is a protein drink. I use it for nutritional purposes. I am unsure about what you are asking, but if your question has to do with weight loss, I am not using Ensure for that purpose.

- A Yes, I drink Ensure (several a day) I like the taste and hope there is nutritional value as it states. I have a poor appetite and also it's convenient to grab a drink and feel you are getting something fast and easy that is good for you. I'd like someone who is a nutritionist comment from that aspect.

- A I find that it will, slowly. You will maintain your weight, but gaining weight is not a quick process. It is a balanced drink and it needs food to be taken if weight gain is the issue.
