  1. it depends on when you buy it.I estimate the printed expiration date is about 4 months from shipment. I received some in March with an exp. date of June 20.I consider that this powdered product has an expiration date just so the manufacturer can get you to throw away good product and buy more. After all it is just sugar, and flavoring with no fat. Citric acid does not go stale, neither does food starch or salt.
