  1. Q How does Roctane compare to original Gu? Is it worth the higher price?
    A Answer: There is more quantity of 'Stuff' in Roctane. I use it only for workouts of 2 hours or more or for a race. I use the Original GU for most of my daily workouts. So I think it worth having some Roctane on hand for those extended workouts but not for everyday use.
  2. Q What is the expiration date of this product available in stock?
    A 11 months from production date. The seller would have to confirm what the born on date is
  3. Q How many mg of potassium do these have? I've read and seen on other sites that there should be 50+, but don't see anything on the nutrition label.
    A I’m looking at a gel pack right now and see no milligrams listed. Potassium citrate and potassium sorbate are listed in the ingredients.

    A I do not know! I'm sorry
  5. Q What is the expiration date on this product? How long do we have before it expires?
    A I can't seem to find an expiration date on the box or on the individual packets. However, my husband is the one who uses them and he goes through a box pretty quickly because he's training for a full Ironman.

    A The box I recently purchased, the Vanilla Orange flavor, has an expiration date of 1/2020.

    A No, but there is a "best by" date stamped into the side of the packaging.

    A I just bought a case and the expiration is 03/15
  9. Q I have noticed a number of packets have foreign substance that does not dissolve in mouth, like small plastic debris. Have they recalled?

    A Besides the outside box where it should be written "BEST BY MM/YY" each sache should also have written the same date at bottom of the opposite side of this picture.
