    A I haven’t tried zip fizz. It packs a punch in the energy department.
  2. Q can you get it sugar free?
    A There is no choice. It’s not very sweet so I’m pretty sure the sugar content is really low

    A I mixed it mine with water and just put in it a cuo I take to workout. So I could shake it. As it does settle in the bottom after sitting a bit.
  5. Q Do you use an entire tablet in your tea?
    A I use one half to a large glass of another tea and it's mixed together. I know they sell this tea at nutrition stores and I have seen them put one to two tablets depending on the size of their drinks and make a tea with it. I don't know if this answers your question but I kind of make my own tea at home by mixing 1/2 of a tablet and a berry tea which I steep and then add ice and a little frozen berries.
  6. Q So people are putting liftoff , 75mg caffeine, into the tea , which is 65 mg caffeine. Am I understanding this correctly?
    A I put Liftoff in plain water. Sometimes I mix an EmergenC and Liftoff together. I’ve never heard of mixing it with tea, but it would probably taste good.
  7. Q I just received this today and was wondering if it is supposed to have a strong floral smell?
    A Did you get the orange? It has a citrus scent. I’m not sure that’s a floral scent?

    A It's contain caffeine to help you increase your feeling of energy and support your mental alertness* while on the go, I don't think that will helps alot with muscles.

    A Hey how are you .. as personal for me the berry is the best flavor they all good flavor but berry is better

    A 351mg of an energy blend which contains Panax ginseng (Root), L-Taurine, Caffeine, Guarana Extract (Seed) and Inositol. It doesn't specifically break down Caffeine amounts per se', since this is a blend of all of these supplements.
