    A like honey is better.

    A Im not sure if you have to drink water with these. They tast so good that i drink water only sometimes probably because i use gu sometime. I really like the stingers.

  8. Q Looks like sugar gel to me. No protein, no superfoods, not many calories. Wheres does the mysterious energy come from?
    A The energy comes from sugar. I run 1/2 and full marathons ( in nyc) and these are given out at the 8 mile mark during the 1/2 and at 7 and 15 during the full. I also put one in my pocket during long training runs.. they are made by various companies and come in a lot of flavors too. You can eat a candy bar and get the sugar, but this is more convenient, Finally, they were under $11 for 24 when I bought them.
  9. Q Does this coagulate in freezing temperatures? I’m hunting in 10 degree weather and need something that won’t go solid.
    A I’ve run in 10 degree weather and used these for fuel. You have to keep them in an interior pocket and they’re fine. A little thicker than usual but not a frozen stinger pop

    A It is a thick liquid but the fruit smoothies are thinner in viscosity than some of the other gels. That makes the fruit smoothies easier to tolerate on a run. Have tried many types of gels and they are my favorite but it is whatever works for you.

    A Those are shipped from the warehouse, which is in a different state then me, so I do not have the expiration date. The product should be good for a while.
