  1. To my understanding 7-Keto is a bi-product of DHEA. It doesn't convert to hormones like DHEA.In my experience it kind of revs the metabolism a bit. Don't take anywhere near bed time.I could see where 7-Keto might be helpful with weight management. I would check with your Medic first if you have any blood pressure issues.I take it along with Phosphatidyl Serine as a nootropic. I'm an older person and I've found that taking these two nutrients helps me with memory and cognition. It could be placebo effect but it does seem to work so I'm going to run with it.I hope this helps.John
