    A Not sure of the extended release part but they can be cut in half.

    A The pills are fairly large. I would say to her about three quarters of an inch. Most B vitamin pills are large. The good thing is you don't have to take like 4 pills. Some vitamins have small pills however you have to take many of them.

    A Lipo BC has a shelf life of 3 years. So that is a pretty fresh batch. Store in a dry cool area for best life of the product.
