- I have used about 15 different protein powders and this mixes the same. This means if your using a spoon it will not dissolve. You need a blender bottle cup. You can buy a cheap one and that will do the trick. Most powders, this one too, will mix easy with a blender cup. Little warning here, this stuff is the cheapest around for a reason. It's tastes pretty bad, but I don't mind. I mix in a banana and a big scoop of powdered peanut butter and I also use a ninja bullet to blend it. so to answer your question it will not mix with just a spoon.
