  1. vitamin b-6 magnesium and zinc in the correct balance. Its the blending that makes this work not the ingredients, Met-Rx has done this very well .its is a superior product , Blending is a very expensive process most mfgr's do not spend any money at all doing this just throw the product together, sell it ,,with poor results. Ask any pharmacist.
