- No, there is not any creatine in this product. As for calories, it has 600 -608 calories per serving. We formulated this product with a very high protein to carb ratio compared to conventional weight gain products. We have found this product works very well for gaining weight as most people can eat a full meal within about 30 minutes of consuming this product. As a general rule, a weight gainer should not lower normal food intake.
