- Its good for muscle gain and weight lose when paired with a schedule of regular exercise. Maybe 30 mins every other day, doing just that 30 mins every other day has a dramatic change on your metabolism. Not just 30 mins of walking, but brisk walking, almost a jog. Or 30 mins of tossing around a few hand weights or a barbell.
