    A I Don't know exactly what u mean by improperly stored?the container is dark black so I don't think there is any wrong way to store it.

    A I believe the shred version has a fat burner in it unlike the regular one.

    A It’s just a supplement to support protein intake, not a meal replacement. Main calories should come with real food and be managed by nutritionist. Some people following carnivore diet, other low fat high carb etc. In this form of protein you can adjust your diet how you want.

    A Yes I always mix the protein powder with almond milk, it taste much much better. The only downfall is that the almond milk adds calories. Water is the only way to drink it without adding the extra calories.

    A Not sure what you mean by cool water? I mix it with ice water in my shaker bottle and it comes out great. No lumps, smooth, tastes awesome, etc. etc.

    A Not sure the shipping weight, but they send it in a cardboard box and some bubble-wrap to protect the container from damage in shipment.
