    A No, if you want to gain weight, I would try taking a weight gainer. Muscle mass is put on your body by lifting weights and lifting heavy.

    A Got mine from Amazon, had amazing results (very unusual for me, my body resists any gains) that I attribute to when I started the muscle clear (no other factors changed and gains coincided with starting this), no burps.

    A All our products have a typical shelf life, and are engineered to meet the supplement claims throughout the duration of that shelf life. While the product may not necessarily go bad immediately after the best before date, we recommend using our products before their expiry date for guaranteed freshness and potency.

    A On non-training days the students took 1 g of the supplement with main meals. On the training days they took 1 g 30 minutes before starting to cycle, 1 g 1 hour after the workout and 1 g again 3 hours after finishing the workout.

    A It's in a capsule, which you swallow whole, so you don't really taste it, BUT, if you break it open, the stuff inside tastes sour, almost like lemon juice.

    A Yes it does. Mine wouldn't expire until 2016 though after getting it a couple months ago. Should last about 2 years even the the bottle only lasts 28 days if taken the way the directions state.

    A Most over the counter supplements are not strong enough to cause enough of a significant change in hormones or body composition to cause a problem with military tests/exams. However if you are taking multiple supplements could possibly have a synthesis that may or may not cause an issue with your blood work/Tests. So basically on the safe side I would steer clear of any muscle enhancing/ stimulant supplements when having to take blood test and any other tests for the military/job.

    A This product does help with muscle soreness. Even on low weight high rep days that aren't designed for bulking, this helps with the muscle soreness. Should translate well into the exercises you would be performing.

    A None of the ingredients in MuscleTech Clear Muscle Next Gen are based off animal sources, so it’s vegan friendly. The ingredients in this supplements are either plant based or lab derived.

    A with a shake its going to slow down the absorbtion of specific supps, ie. ClearMuscle, Creatine, Preworks etc. I take those mostly on an EMPTY stomach w water or sports drinks

    A You take 3 doses a day. I take mine after breakfast after lunch and then 30 min prior to my evening workout. Depending on when you train is when you take one of your doses

    A It didn't provide any results for me at all. I suppose it would be equally ineffective for a woman.

    A No I wouldnt classify it as a stimulant as it's just a more complex version of HMB.
