If i am not the guy who do exercise or gym, still i can use the naked mass to gain weight cuz i am skinny or it’s better for gym guys only??Back to product

  1. Naked Mass will help you gain weight weather you workout or not. The key to weight gain is taking in more calories than you burn. You should take in more calories but avoid bad fats. You should be cautious with excess protein if you don’t drink plenty of water and are not working out. It will put strain on your kidneys. These weight gainers have high levels of carbs which you have to balance toward your goals. Carbs are good for energy and if your not working out they will be stored in different ways. Hope this helps. My suggestion is to talk to a nutritionist to get a better understanding of how the weight gainer can help you. Ultimately you just need to eat MORE and avoid bad fats. This can also be from regular food instead of supplements.
