These vitamins are mostly organic, made mostly of natural herbs and spices, though I did not take with other weight loss items i do take prescriptions meds, and vitamins, I think you can take this with other weight management products, I hope you can see good results, in these, I guess I did not take it long enough I only took one bottle and saw no resuts so I stopped, but in everything it's persistence that shows results, Good luck.
