- A Yes, I mix 4oz. Water, 4oz. Unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 cup of banana, blueberries (or any other fruit you like)with 1 scoop of the protein powder and that's my breakfast

- A I personally like the vanilla because you can add different fruits to it. The strawberry is good but only with strawberries, the chocolate only with chocolate, coffee or mint. The vanilla is easier to add flavors to.

- A I'm sure you could sprinkle it on oatmeal. I mix it with spinach and orange juice though so I'm not sure exactly what it tastes like and I use a whole scoop - that might affect the consistency of the oatmeal. Based on previous answers - it should be fine. I like it - drink it every day.

- A Interesting question ..... I've never mixed it with water. I always use it in a green or fruit or Zeal smoothie that I add water or herbal tea or fruit juice to consistency I like to drink. I also use the chocolate flavor Pure Protein with frozen bananas and almond milk to give my g/son a sweetie-treat that is nutritious for him.

- A I have not personally given this to a toddler but as a 100% whey protein product, this is a choice item. One point of concern is if your child has had allergic reactions to formula or other similar non-breast milk products, then be prepared to immediately discontinue use & have access to treatment. Otherwise this is a high-quality item at an affordable price.

- A It's my favorite protein powder out of those I tried. I like both the -natural- chocolate and vanilla (the regular ones, i.e. vanilla cream, have artificial sweetener) and it depends on what you mix them with. Chocolate tastes best with almond milk for me and vanilla mixes well with veggie juice, like carrot juice. I hope that helps!

- A I know a lot of people use protein drinks and shakes in conjunction with exercise and weight training. While I try to walk 3-4 days a week, I used this mainly as a low calorie, high protein breakfast and not as muscle builder per say. I try to limit my carbs so a protein shake fit right into my diet plan. I did lose weight but I also counted calories.
- A I didn't think so. It has a nice chocolate flavor without being overly sweet or gritty. I like this brand compared to some of the others I've tried. I'm more of a vanilla person but their chocolate tastes way better than the vanilla in my opinion.
