    A Good question. Certainly some vitamins are to be kept at room temperature. I might consider researching that question on the internet or call/contact the NOW company and ask.
  2. Q How big are the capsules?
    A Large gel capsule... 1 inch long by 1/4 inch diameter.
  3. Q does this work?
    A Yes, it does, depends on person and brand like everything else. I personally used this on my 88 year old father. Confused, memory bad, couldn’t remember if he had just been to the bathroom:(. After one week I could tell a difference, could remember better, able to articulate better and interacted much better with me and caregiver. Don’t expect miracles but there was a difference. On myself and husband, can’t tell a difference, we are in 60’s. I now use extended release Pure Encapsulations brand. Definetly worth a try.
