Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A This product is suitable for a vegan diet. There is no dairy in it
  2. A Both! I know it has helped many. One particular customer I took care of a few years ago was a very tall, slender young lady who could not gain weight and this is what helped her!
  3. A Yes. I used it.
  4. A yeah it is just pure maltodextrin, the same carbohydrate source found in many exercise drinks. Keep in mind this product contains no electrolytes
  5. A I'm sure it is. It is just concentrated carbohydrates which u take in on register basis. This just provides you with a lot of them.
  6. A It’s more of a weight gainer. Pure carbs
  7. A The specified range is 9% to 12%; our most recent batches were tested at 11.68, 11.65, 11.78, 11.39 so we would expect it to be typically between 11-12%.
  8. A I personally take Now Carbo Gain as quick source of sustainable muscle fuel prior to my workouts. I have no personal experience with the pro gainer though.
  9. A NOW Foods Carbo Gain is a great source of energy and is a pure carbohydrate product.Thank you and have a great day!
  10. A No it doesn't. I got mine last night and found nothing inside.
  11. A not exactly sure what you mean by this question? maltodextrin in just a sugar, not really temperature sensitive, and it is packaged in a protective box ? i.e. the container was not broken when received?
  12. A Dextrose will be sweeter. I have both carbo gain (maltodextrin) and the NOW dextrose powder. The dextrose powder tastes like powdered sugar.
  13. A yes. combined with proper protein intake and if you take it at the ideal times, like pre and post workout. It's worked for me and i have a hard time gaining lean weight.
  14. A CJ, no it's not. Dextrose is a sugar made by the body. When supplementing dextrose you want to it after intense long cardio, or during a long cardio session, biking hiking running ect. Carbo gain is 100% maltodextrine, a complex carbo hydrate! This is what your body will burn and use first during any sort of workout! I personally supplement carbo gain in a protein shake, post work out, and mix it with my BCAAs during my workout, to sip on! Hope this info helped, feel free to contact me about any other questions!
  15. A Not flavored. I would mix with Juice or some other flavor.
  16. A Energy. We recommend you consume before, during and after intense exercise for best results. Double this recipe if engaging in prolonged exertion of 2 hours or more.
  17. A It's a powder, so you can mix it with anything. Working out or not, personally I load up in the morning in a fruit/spinach/whole milk/ juice smoothie. It's a weigh gain supplement.
  18. A Maltodextrin is often used in reduced fat baking, which has much higher temperatures. It is not a problem and will probably mix better in hot liquid
  19. A You can, but I wouldn't. It gets too clumpy and maxes the muscle milk (or any protein powder) taste bitter for my taste. Just mix them up separately.
  20. A Not the best answer but whichever is cheapest. The differences aren’t going to be that different unless your a marathon guy and if you are I’m sure you’ll have a very detailed plan and cost isn’t much an option. Maltodextrin has done guys at my gym just fine
  21. A No - Unless I'm very mistaken, it's 100% maltodextrin which, according to the back panel, is 63 grams of carbs per 67 gram serving... That's like 94% carbs. If you want protein, look into whey or soy or one of the many others, but whey is the most popular, as far as I know. I use different ones for different situations. ON Whey is my preferred.
  22. A It’s not.Great product so far. I’ve been using it for 2 months now and I can totally see a change on my weight.Obviously I do work out and mix this product with good and enough food.
  23. A This product should only be used to meet your carb macros IF you are not getting them from food, OR your bulking and need surplus carbs to meet your macros on top of food. It really depends on your goals. Bulking = more carbs, cutting = less carbs
  24. A When we list an item thats another company's product like now foods they own the trademarks and have control of photos and other info, there is a ASIN # that comes up and when we list we can only edit a few things like price and so on. we own Skinny Magic® & Cardio-911® so we have control of what photos show up. If you bought from us and received the wrong product we will replace it or refund you. Herb Shop Inc
  25. A I don't even know where to begin to answer this...yes, of course it can give you a gut! Eat enough of any food and you'll gain fat. The whole purpose of this product is to gain weight, which you seem to have done. I would recommend that you only take it pre or post workout, and do a bulk cycle where yo again weight (yes, some will be fat) and follow it with a period where you try to lose fat but maintain the muscle.
  26. A Yes, there should be a seal on the cover itself and a tear-off seal when you take the cover off. The bottle should have a label too. it's possible that the bottle was tampered with. You may want to contact the seller.
  27. A I'm sorry.....this product was not for me and I can't answer your question.
  28. A Energy. We recommend you consume before, during and after intense exercise for best results. Double this recipe if engaging in prolonged exertion of 2 hours or more.
  29. A I haven’t used karbolyn but this is my 2nd time purchasing carbo gain(15lb bag). It worth it
  30. A Yes, I'll add a picture of the label.
