  1. Megan, I hope this will help you I take this everyday 100 mg one in morning one at bedtime as when I started I realized I was not taking them right. And it does help a lot. Whenever you start anything it takes anywhere from a week to a month to feel it. Don't give up. You will notice. Take care and good luck
