  1. Hi Cathy. I would have to look at the 7 Keto 100 mg and look at the ingredients to determine the difference between that and the Lean gels. The reason I chose this one was because it had more ingredients than the others. The others was simply the 7-keto and nothing else. When I was taking the capsules that only contained 7-ket DHEA I didn't feel the boost of energy I got when I was taking the 7-keto that had more ingredients, which this one has. If you look at this one over on the left of the main picture they have the back of the bottle. Do a close up and you will see all the extra ingredients it has that some of the other 7-ketos don't have. I believe it is those extra ingredients: the CLA, Green Tea Extract, Acetyl-L-Camitine and Rhondola that adds a special boost to your energy that the others don't when they just offer the DHEA. That is what I've found. Hope that helps.
