- I agree with this question label says 12g fiber then at the bottom says "not a significant" amount of fiber. IF it were only 8 it would still be a significant amount of fiber, but at 12 g (which would make it carb neutral as the verbiage states, so it would have to be equal to the number of carbs) then it's nearly half the recommended daily amount, which is by all means significant.
