I like to workout in the morning but sometimes i just don't feel into it if i drink this first thing in the morning would that be ok/help?Back to product

  1. I would say yes to both. You can drink this early on an empty stomach, has never made me nauseous. And will help you get through your workout. Not going to be some miracle motivator, but gives you enough energy to make it through. I fill up a 64 ounce water bottle with 4-5 scoops of powder and sip on it all day long. Helps me make it through the day without getting exhausted. Never get jittery or hyped up caffeine rush, probably because it’s natural caffeine from green tea and green coffee extract and nut some synthetic caffeine source. I get a nice steady focus all day. Doesn’t seem to keep me from being able to sleep either. I stop drinking it after around 9pm, and go to bed around midnight. I’d recommend giving it a try.
