Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A It can be mixed in a shaker cup, and it might foam a little. For best results, we'd recommend using an electric blender which allows the addition of fresh/frozen fruits, nuts, etc. Or mix up half a serving at a time in a shaker cup.
  2. A The product is intended to be used for weight gain in conjunction with a healthy, balanced diet of food. It was not intended to be used as a replacement for food.
  3. A It's basically protein, carbohydrates and a vitamin/mineral blend. Our Gold Standard Gainer is Banned Substance tested, but this one should also be fine.
  4. A Nobody can give you a straight answer because every ones body is different. I weighed 140. After one bag I got up to 155 in a little over a month. You have to eat more on top of this. This just helps you reach your goal of calories a day. Taking this without a good diet won't do anything for you.
  5. A No, half a scoop would be 325 calories, or half of what a 650 calorie full serving provides. All other marcos (protein, carbohydrates and fat) would also be cut in half.
  6. A NO Gas with vanilla custard and i give this to my 98 yr old MOTHER who weight 80 LBS as a supplement !! SHE Wd get it cuase shes in a wheelchair- Just finished a 10 lb bag.. DO need to drink WATER cuase HIGH protein can stop u up.. I also add ice cream to it:) tastes great! Good stuff- Doc approved! Shes in GREAT shape + he does Labs on her al the time.
  7. A Pro complex gainer come with vitamin and more protein than other proteins of ON . But you can check the difference in the official site of optimun nutrition and compare. The package vary for the pounds of the product. If you look my english rare , sorry i am latin american. Pro gainer is the new product of Optimun nutrition. Years ago the name was pro complex.
  8. A Absolutely! I use it strictly after working out to maximize my muscle gain (turns into weight, not the bad one... muscle weights more than fat). I very seldom use it as a meal substitute when on the go, but it works as well!
  9. A Just one scoop makes up 650 calorie intake....but when you see the scoop in the protein its big like a tractor scoop.the regular size scoops, you need about four and a half to fill the one heaping scoop its asking for..soooo think about it.....the protein will go fast..what i do is stack the protein with good stuff.i use two and a half regular scoops add a raw egg two spoons of peanut butter chia seed and flax seed and mix with coconut and you got yourself a powerful protein and recovery shake..you are not missing out..just bieng smart on nutrition and your budget..
  10. A I do it because while this item alone does supplement enough calories, it doesn't give me quite enough protein. I read you need your weight in grams + 30 grams of protein if your are trying to make optimum gains when lifting. I would need 210 grams (I'm 180 lbs). I'd need to drink 3 scoops of this to supply that. That's too much for me. I'd rather have 2 scoops and supplement the remaining about of protein using pure whey (I.e. protein with no carbs).
  11. A No. As you can see from the Ingredients List at top left, there is a vitamin/mineral blend, but no creatine.
  12. A I used as a meal supplement, it helped me keep up my calorie intake (which goal is 3k-4k calories). The large amount of protein is great for the muscle growth, which is great for recovery. This combined with my calorie goal I was able to gain noticeable mass in a two-three week period.
  13. A Go online to get their email or phone number on their webpage (Optimum Nutrition)
  14. A With milk, all flavors are good! If you use water, blend it, I think vanilla is the best though
  15. A The pro complex gainer has the same nutrient profile as the pro gainer. I think it's just a labelling issue. I was confused about it also.
  16. A The product does come with a scoop, which may settle to the bottom of the bag.
  17. A I personally have not used this product so i don't know how big the scoop is but a normal scoop is 1/4 cup. This bag says that it only takes one scoop per serving and there are 28 servings per bag. Every scoop has an insane amount of protein at 60 and a ton of calories at 650. This stuff seems like its made to pack on the weight. Enjoy Life Supplements
  18. A Serious mass had a ton more sugar in it.
  19. A None. It's not like serious mass. This stuff is good and burns clean.
  20. A PRO Gainer is a high-protein weight gainer with 60 grams per 650 calorie serving. Serious Mass is a high-calorie gainer with 1,250 calories and 50 grams of protein per 2-scoop serving.
  21. A If you want to put on healthy weight, the key is to not do it too quickly or it will end up as fat. You can gain weight by eating 1g of protein per pound body weight, 2g carbs per lb body weight, and .4 g fat per lb body weight. Combine that with some strength training, and you should add weight. This product can help you hit those goals for your macros, but you can also eat fruit, whole grain breads, chicken, turkey, nuts, peanut butter, whole fat dairy products too. If you can't put on weight with those numbers i gave you, try upping it by 25g carbs until you find your sweet spot
  22. A If you are going for lean muscle then whey protein, if you are looking to put on mass (muscle and some extra weight) use this. Most people who are serious about putting on a lot of muscle will use a mass gainer such as this for a period of time, and then have a "cutt" phase where they work off all the extra fat. You and pack on muscle faster that way.
  23. A In my own words. The best way is to mix it with a hand shaker..the consistency Is all liquid as with a blender it turns frothy and foamy. Its all up to you.as for milk or water milk is best if your body can handle the lactose and added protein. Jus get organic milk and you have no problems. I use coconut milk preferably and i add chia seeds and flax seeds for extra nutrients and rehydration which your body needs after a workout...its all in your best interest
  24. A Serious Mass is a high-calorie gainer with 1,250 calories and 60 grams of protein per serving. PRO Gainer is a high-protein gainer with 60 grams of protein per serving at 650 calories.
  25. A Which Gold Standard are you looking at? This is a lean weight gainer vs protein vs bulking weight gainer. Sometimes the wholesalers give us deals if we purchase a large amount at a time. Some sellers (myself included) will discount the price in relationship with the "cost" associated with the product I sell.
