Questions and answers of the customers
- A Yes. It contains 3gms of fiber (which is 12% of RDA) and only one gram of sugar.
- A Once a year the manufacture offers $5 off for a month. My experience is that Amazon sellers pass the savings on to our customers and for that month the pricing is around 22.00 but for the rest of the year $22 is less than cost and is not the price you should expect to pay.. Another consideration is some amazon sellers are set up with a free freight option and other sellers do not have that option. As a consumer always add price and shipping costs to price compare. As a customer when I know a price to be less without any shipping costs at my local store I make a convenience choice. What are some of the convenience choices when as in this case the product weights 14.5 lbs. Do I want or am I capable of carrying this from the store to my car or do I want to carry this on public transit or if I live in a downtown high rise do I want to carry this up the elevator or is its raining or snowing would I be willing to pay $5 more for the convenience of home delivery. Sometime my choice is convenience. I love all the options available to me now as a consumer. Thank you for the question.
- A Usually the boxes contain twelve (12 ) 11 oz. bottles. I am not able to see specifics of what you are looking at, so I will not be able to respond to the crack reference.
- A It is on a bottle
- A I believe The USDA says we should have 1200-1300 mg of calcium a day. If the bottle is labeled at 50%, then it contains between 600-650 mg.
- A No, not aspartame, but Splenda. It's gluten free too. I would post a picture if I could. The ingredients should be listed by the seller. I usually get mine at Costco, cheaper, but it's 40 miles from me so I only go once a month or less. They are 23.95 for 18. Sam's also carries, in packs of 12, breaks down to the same price per unit.
- A It does not say about Kosher.Thanks.
- A I just really started getting serious again. I don't think the shakes are as filling as they used to be, but the chocolate is good. The strawberry is like Quik and the vanilla is decent. I haven't tried the "new improved vanilla. I have a light breakfast, an 18 gram protein snack shake about 2 hours later. A shake for lunch with a small green salad. A shake after my workout then a low carb dinner. I'm only weighing myself once a week, so not sure if it is working yet. I'm also tracking calories and exercise on my fitness pal and trying to increase my protein. I hope this helps...good luck!
- A Try the costco website since they sell this item in they're stores. I haven't bought a box in a while so I can't remember how they are sweetened but it's definetely artificial since the carb count is less than 5. The protein source is whey.
- A Yes it does, but I'm lactose intolerent and it doesn't bother me at all.
- A Premier Protein is the only brand I have ever seen that offers 30g protein while having very low carbs and sugar that still tastes good. I have never seen anything called Premier Nutrition that doesn't also have the Premier Protein brand name.
- A NO! I just checked the contents and there is no soy listed. I started out on soy (Boost) after my bariatric sleeve, but after a while I couldn't stand the smell when I opened the bottle. My son recommended this and now I buy it in quantity on line. To me it taste like a fudgesicle. I have been using it for nearly a year and a half not and it hasn't gotten old. I do prefer the chocolate, though. The strawberry I bought was sort of clotted. Couldn't hadn't that. Never tried Vanilla, though. Hope this is helpful.
- A It is not Lactose free. I have never had any constipation problems with this. But I am not Lactose intolerant.
- A yes it does. I believe most protein drinks contain whey.
- A Soy is not listed as an ingredient.
