Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A I think that flavor depends on each person's taste. I prefer the pure.
  2. A It is made of chicken free from any hormones antibiotics or gmo feeds. It's the good stuff!
  3. A the correct size and only size at this time is 16.2. They must have a typo on their website
  4. A The chickens are sourced from US family farms in Florida & Missouri.
  5. A Yes...it is a complete protein. It's a perfect substitute for whey, egg or grain based proteins because it is gut friendly and completely Paleo.
  6. A There are 20 servings per container! Serving size is 1 level scoop - 24.6 grams (comes with scoop!) Superior Health Products
  7. A I've only had chocolate, which is good with cashew milk, and plain, which is fine in soups.
  8. A In addition to chicken, we also offer a beef-based version of Bone Broth Protein that is listed on a separate listing. Please reach out to us directly so that we may further assist you.
  9. A As of March 2017 I cannot see anywhere on the website where it says it is from free range (if that really means anything) or grass fed chicken. I am not sure where the person that found the comment about the bones being U.S. sourced and free range in October 2016 but I agree with Mike - if these chickens were grass fed it would be all over the place. The container itself says "non-gmo" and "grain free" but that is just talking about the powder ingredients (i.e. they did not add gmo products or grains to the powder after processing) not that the animals were fed non-gmo grains or are grain free.
  10. A It really depends on what product you're comparing it to. Bone Broth Protein isn't just a collagen product. It is a protein supplement providing 20g of protein per serving in addition to over 15g of collagen per serving.
  11. A Hi there, the price for chicken-based Bone Broth Protein Vanilla has not changed. I believe you may be referring to the beef-based Bone Broth Protein Vanilla, a different product. If you would kindly reach out to us directly, we'll be happy to assist you further.
  12. A Each container of Bone Broth Protein should include a scoop. If you do not see it initially, it may be buried underneath the powder. If you find that you still do not have one, please reach out to us directly and I will be happy to assist you further!
  13. A Our Bone Broth Protein is made with chickens, not with beef. Bone Broth Protein is sourced exclusively from US farms in the Midwest. Due to the multiple farm sources, there is currently not a free range standard for our product. We are working aggressively to establish and verify Animal Wellness Certification standards throughout our entire supply chain. We do offer Organic Bone Broth Protein for those interested in organic.
  14. A I'm not positive if this will help specifically with your leg cramps because it really depends on the root cause of the problem. Generally speaking as a blanket statement, the first thing you want to do to deal with leg cramps is to increase your potassium intake. Potassium is widely recommended for treating leg cramps, assuming you have a potassium deficiency.I wouldn't say that this product will treat your leg cramps because we would need to know a lot more about you first. So to answer your question....it could be yes or no.I hope you find the answer to your leg cramps.Vitamins2You Product Specialist Team
  15. A The supplement facts label says "Chicken Bone Broth Protein Concentrate". It's from chicken bone broth.
  16. A The supplement label is on the container, listing ingredients in the Bone Broth Protein.
  17. A This product label states that it is non GMO, but it is not certified organic. Personally, I did use this product for awhile, however, I have started purchasing organic whole chickens and making my own bone broth with added organic onions, carrots, celery, seasonings and cooking for 36 to 48 hours. The resulting broth is fresh, delicious, and I know every component is "clean".
  18. A The product information is not advertised to promote weight loss. It is a powered supplement to make it easier to get the same nutrients as in the long process of making bone broth from scratch. Ancient Nutrition web site has more information about it; customer service is also very helpful.
  19. A Yes, this is a complete protein and we highly recommend it. The collagen products contain just collagen, however, the bone broth not only has collagen type 2, it also has amino acids, glucosomine, chondroitin and hyaluronic acid. In essence, the bone broth has all of these elements as a natural combination, a synergistic blend, not just separate ingredients thrown together.
  20. A I've never bought vanilla flavor.

  22. A I already sent an excellent answer to this??
  23. A The scoop says 53 cc which equates about 3.5 tablespoons or 52 milliliters. It's a sizeable scoop.
  24. A As per the manufacturer, Ancient Nutrition says " Certified USDA Organic is an added assurance that Organic Bone Broth Collagen is made without the use of pesticides, GMOs and other toxins. In fact, to be organic certified, farmers and handlers must document their processes and be inspected annually—on-site inspections which involve every aspect of the process, including the sourcing of seeds, soil conditions, the health of the crops, weed and pest management, water systems, record-keeping and more.."
  25. A Both broth has been made from beef, chicken, fish, lamb, turkey, goose, pork and more. Each variety will have its own nutrient profile. It will also depend on the quality or bones (or other parts) used. You'd have to do an online search to get the specific differences. I would say that a variety of different kinds of bone broths would be the most beneficial. The most attractive feature of the Bone Broth Protein in the convenience, cost per serving and taste. Superior Health Products, Inc.
  26. A I'm not sure you can do anything to make it tolerable if you really hate it that much. I, personally, love it. But my husband and sons can't tolerate it even with lots of fruit mixed in. It's a personal preference and if you really can't stand it I'd try to find a different product or try a different flavor of this particular brand. I found the banana creme flavor powder to be my favorite though. If you really want to try to make this work, I'd add some frozen fruit (strawberries, bananas, pineapple, etc) AND some extracts, like a small splash of vanilla extract, strawberry extract, coffee extract, etc. You could also try adding cinnamon or cardamom. I personally make mine with half coconut water, half coconut milk, a few frozen strawberries, a few ice cubes, 2-3 frozen coconut chunks, a tablespoon of flax and a tablespoon of hemp seed.
  27. A Bone Broth Protein is a natural product tested free of GMOs. The chickens are sourced sourced exclusively from US farms in the Midwest. Due to the multiple farm sources, there is currently not a free range standard for our product. We are working aggressively to establish and verify Animal Wellness Certification standards throughout our entire supply chain.
  28. A Simmered slowly, usually 24-36 hours with pure water and vinegar
  29. A Yes! All of our Bone Broth Protein is gluten, dairy, and soy free.
  30. A While our Bone Broth Protein does not contain iron, our Organic Bone Broth Protein does! Please check the supplement facts image on our product description page for more information.
