    A In my opinion YES I lost weight with it and have kept it off. I keep taking it cause it really curbs appetite so you eat less and feel better . And best of all I dont snack in between meals anymore. I love this product.

    A I like Stackers xplc better because it gives me the energy and endurance I need to do my workout and stay energized the whole day. I stopped taking it because I felt like it made me very moody. I tested it for a couple of days, and a few hours after taking xplc I felt irritated. So I only take the Stackers 3, it works for my workout but I don't have energy all day

    A All I know is ... coffee is worthless for me.While I do suffer from sleep apnea and attribute THIS as THEE MOST LIKELY factor for my being tired nearly everyday... THAT - despite using / not using a cpap as prescribed on some days , has lead to relieve me in any way and ALLLLL of my feelings. It used to be that ANYYY and ALLL of my otherwise agonizing feelings of having no energy - This product works WONDERS, as far as energy levels are concerned. I found this product as a sample packet by a cash register, and it has highly and hugely increased my energy and productivity levels “at work” 😂😭😉. It gave me a lot of my life back. I tried B12 brand energy pill and that does zip-zero. This works!!

    A Have used them for some time, after confirming with Dr. I find they offer a boost of energy, an appetite suppressant to a degree, I think, but do not know if they have "fat burning" properties.

    A 250mg caffeine, however it doesn't make my heart race. I am 57 years old and I have used stacker 3 for over 10 years. Gives me energy with no side effects. Do not take more than one. Stacker 1 and 2 made my heart race.

    A In the images it says 250mg caffeine per pill. Equivalent to the new energy drink amounts almost.

    A As another person said, it does give you energy. I've gone off and on them and recently I went back on. I work out and found I could do about 25% more after taking the capsules than I do without taking them.
