  1. I can't answer that, I have never heard of Waximaize. I can tell you it seems to be a good slow release energy. I run marathons on a low carb diet and it does help, without knocking me out of ketosis. I started drinking this stuff 1/2 hour before my long runs and just the past weekend I took another 22 minutes off my previous PR (Just got 3:59 marathon). I'm a believer, whether it works or a placebo effect.
