- It does not contain any artificial sweeteners. It is sweetened with a small amount amount of the highest grade stevia available. We have sourced our stevia product from a company that follows our same high standards of quality. The shake contains 13g of carbs. Although this may be a bit higher than comparable products, keep in mind that we add a blend of healthy carbs from ancients grains for slow release, lasting energy.
