Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A This product does not fit exclusively into the pre-workout category. Because there are many consumers who don't want huge doses of caffeine, a 2-scoop serving of Amino Energy provides 100 mg of caffeine from natural sources. That's about what you get in one cup of coffee. This product is also more versatile than a typical pre-workout, and allows you to add more scoops to a larger volume of water to increase the level of caffeine and amino acid support.
  2. A I really enjoy the "orange cooler" flavor. It has a rather smooth taste after it completely dissolves (which does take a bit of stirring to accomplish).
  3. A Two scoops of this fruit flavored powdered mix contain 100 mg of caffeine for energy and 5 grams of free form amino acids to help with exercise recovery. You mix the powder into 10 to 12 ounces of cold water.
  4. A Amino Energy is an anytime energy formula providing 100 mg of caffeine from natural sources per 2-scoop serving. That's about what you'd get from a cup of coffee. There's also 5 grams of free form amino acids. Gold Standard Pre-Workout has 175 mg of caffiene from natural sources, 3 grams of creatine and 1.5 grams of beta-alanine.
  5. A Yes to all of them except the watermelon flavor - it uses beet powder for color.
  6. A If you buy directly from Amazon, you are assured of getting original product that is well within its expiration date. If you buy from a 3rd party Amazon seller, contact them with questions before purchasing.
  7. A there is something called high volume that has no caffeine by PE science. I am not sure of one that isnt of this brand.
  8. A a little bit is good, but it really depends on how twitchy your hands are - do your hands twitch after drinking a lot of coffee? If so don't over do this either, as it could mess up your serve.
  9. A Hello,This product has 5g of aminos.
  10. A I like Blue Raspberry but the only other flavor I've tried is the Iced Mocha, which also tastes very good, but I first tried it with coconut milk and I added collagen protein powder and I drank this 3 times that day and felt ill that evening, not sure why, but I've found that the iced mocha tastes just as good with water than it does in milk. And the water seems to go easier with my digestion and it doesn't make me feel ill. I don't put but a scoop of either of these in my water at a time though, but I'm 60 yrs young so I try not to over do energy drinks, but I sure do like them! Also, this type doesn't make my muscles sting like some energy pre-workout powders do, so I really like that a lot.
  11. A The product has 100 mg of caffeine from natural sources per 2-scoop serving, which is the equivalent of about a cup of coffee. That's why we market the mix as anytime energy. However, it's versatile enough to be used for a variety of occasions. Mixing 6 scoops into cold water gives you 300 mg of caffeine and 15 grams of free form amino acids. That would be considered an effective pre-workout formula.
  12. A A 2-scoop serving contains 100 mg of caffeine from natural sources. That's about what you would get from an 8 ounce cup of coffee.
  13. A No it does not. You can buy that in bulk tho and add it to whatveever you like
  14. A I would say yes to both. You can drink this early on an empty stomach, has never made me nauseous. And will help you get through your workout. Not going to be some miracle motivator, but gives you enough energy to make it through. I fill up a 64 ounce water bottle with 4-5 scoops of powder and sip on it all day long. Helps me make it through the day without getting exhausted. Never get jittery or hyped up caffeine rush, probably because it’s natural caffeine from green tea and green coffee extract and nut some synthetic caffeine source. I get a nice steady focus all day. Doesn’t seem to keep me from being able to sleep either. I stop drinking it after around 9pm, and go to bed around midnight. I’d recommend giving it a try.
  15. A I wish it would!!!! But, it is definitely a good pre-workout energy booster...
  16. A I've only tried the watermelon but it is really good. Watermelon is a hard flavor to get right and they have done it. I'm going to try grape next.
  17. A Amino Energy really isn't a pre-workout, but many people use it that way. At 100 mg of caffeine from natural sources per serving - the equivalent of about 1 cup of coffee - it's more of an anytime energy product. When stacking supplements, make sure you compare ingredient lists and Facts Panels. Also, make sure the flavors align for taste.
  18. A I can't really answer since I use more than one product for PWO but what I noticed is when I use different mixes, it works better than using the same formula.
  19. A Amino Energy is a blend of amino acids, including the BCAAs, plus an anytime dose of caffeine from natural sources. One 2-scoop serving provides 100 mg of caffeine, which is about what you get from a cup of coffee, along with 5 grams of free form amino acids. It's the original anytime energy mix.
  20. A Muscletech whey is a protein. Amino Energy doesn't contain protein, it's used for an energy boost pre, during or post workout. So you'd use them in conjunction with each other.
  21. A The product is not vegan.
  22. A Amino energy has an amino blend with caffeine. Their pre workout has creatine, 2 amino's and caffeine. They both have around the same amount of caffeine, so guess the question would be do you want more amino's or do you want creatine.
