Questions and answers of the customers

  1. A I found this online and it sounds correct to me. "Tonalin ® CLA contains the main isomers c9,t11 and t10,c12 in a 39:39 ratio". It is the version used in the researched double blind tests. If you cannot find information online, dump Google and use DuckDuckGo. Google is terrible these days for finding things you know exist.
  2. A You MUST take 3 capsules per day or 3000 mg per day to see the benefits in muscle growth that was seen in the double blind tests. Personally, my experience is the same, that taking only 2 capsules per day will maintain but not grow muscles.
  3. A It doesn't have caffeine in it. I bought this for my husband to lose belly fat. Unfortunately he didn't lose any weight or inches. It probably would have helped if he had been exercising and taking these pills.
  4. A These vitamins are mostly organic, made mostly of natural herbs and spices, though I did not take with other weight loss items i do take prescriptions meds, and vitamins, I think you can take this with other weight management products, I hope you can see good results, in these, I guess I did not take it long enough I only took one bottle and saw no resuts so I stopped, but in everything it's persistence that shows results, Good luck.
  5. A http://www.amazon.com/CLA-Powder-117-g/dp/B000TWVTFY
  6. A Yes it does as a secondary ingredient. It like a fish oil capsule.
  7. A I think it is USA made, but not sure. I have used all of it and discarded the bottle. You should be able to research it online.
  8. A I did nothing for me. Maybe it will work for you. Every body is different. The only thing that truly works and last is to change your eating habits and move more. Cut out half your breads, no soda, sugar and get a reclining treadmill. This is tried and true and cost nothing.
  9. A The ones I purchased a few months ago had a August 2017 expiration date.
  10. A Sadly, it is not soy free. I saw the info here on Amazon where is says no soybean, then the reviews that says it does. I emailed Natrol today, and received a reply within hours: Thank you for contacting Natrol. Yes, Tonalin does contain soy. It is a manufacturing ingredient and comes from the mixed tocopherols, which is a preservative, listed in Other Ingredients. I do not know why Amazon does not have the correct information. 11. A 1200 MG
  12. A I just looked at the bottles I ordered. I cannot tell you what the standard expiration time is, but on my order it appears that the 2 bottles on 90-softgels are good for about 2 years. Both bottles have an expiration date of August 2016.
  13. A Hmmmm... good question. It is not on the list of ingredients but in the description it says, "CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is derived from safflower oil." So since it is titled "Tonalin CLA," I guess that it is made from safflower oil, but safflower oil, itself, is not "listed" as one of the ingredients.
