- A I hate sweet. I'd rather drink bland chalk than hide it in pounds of sugar, it makes me gag! This is the first protein drink I can get through without watering it down. I don't like chocolate, or sweet, but I get that you have to hide flavor with something. All that aside though I can down these with ease. I tend to drink it in 1/3rds or 1/4ths over the course of 10 minutes. I don't feel like I'm "forcing" it down. Just ordered more!
- A Depends on the flavor- the cookiesn Cream has 2g of fiber, chocolate has 1g, and Strawberry has 0g, I finished my vanilla so I don't have that one to refer too... Hope this helps :)
- A I check on the can ingredients. It only says 50% of the daily requirement of phosphorous per can. I hope that helps.
- A Yes - it helps you distance yourself from carbs - you can concentrate on physical activities and stay completely away from food at least one meal a day. Also, when you finish one of these (they work best when you drink them extremely cold), you don't immediately crave more. Very satisfying.

- A You can look up the nutrition label. It says 1 g. sugar. Which is very low. The sugar they use is sacralose. It's not natural. It's an artificial sweetener. But the drink is ooooh, so good! I use it for my low sugar, low carb diet and have lost 40 pounds, so far.

- A Its a great drink. Make sure that you shake the can for a few seconds before your pour it into a glass or drink it. You will find the consistency to be very good.

- A I would say about a 2 at room temp. It is a little thicker than milk, but not as thick as an ice cream shake or, in my opinion, not even as thick as chocolate milk. Do shake the can first. It will be a tiny bit thicker (2.5) if you drink it after it has been in the fridge vs room temp. I prefer this one over premier protein and others I have tried. It is a little less sweet ( but still sweet - I wish it was even less sweet). I like drinking mine at either room temp or poured over ice.

- A 130 calories is not bad for 35 grams of protein. I mix 2 vanilla with one chocolate and it's good! Does it help me get stronger? I don't know how I'd measure that but I don't have any issues spending 2-3 hours a day 7 days a week exercising. I never feel weak

- A I had a few unopened several month after the best by date and had no issues. The consistency and texture seemed fine. I do not know if the integrity of the product decreases as time goes on, though. If my can had been in the heat or if the can had bulged, I would not have even opened it. If it seemed curdled or smelled funny after opening it, I would have tossed them, but given they were maintained in steady average temps and were not significantly past the best by date (which is different than an expiration date), I did drink them.

I feel it when I am out of it, and my 87 yr old Mom does too. As far as someone with sugar intake concerns, I can't answer that. I looked for sugar content on Google, but with no luck. - A I've had these on Subscribe & Save for years. I've tasted each flavor, and the one I have delivered regularly is the one I believe is their best tasting flavor—the Frosty Chocolate. There is no chalky aftertaste when you're finished drinking it. There is no metallic or otherwise funny taste. Simply put, it tastes very chocolaty and delicious.While it technically isn't designed to be a meal replacement per se, it is, in fact, perfectly fine to use as a meal replacement for a small to medium sized meal. For example, today I knew I had lunch with friends scheduled at 12:00 noon. Therefore, instead of my usual breakfast of a banana, cinnamon raisin toast, and Jimmy Dean's breakfast bowl, I just grabbed a banana and one of these shakes to provide me with some protein and calories, even though I know it was relatively low in calories. Believe me when I say that these shakes taste great and are very beneficial for protein and replacing small meals. They're clearly the best ones I have found, period.
- A Yes but Pure Protein doesn't taste very good. We tried it once and gave most of it away. We buy Premier Protein 30g Protein Shake, Chocolate, 11.5 Fl Oz, Pack of 12 it tastes really good and you can drink 2 a day also.

- A It is not gritty at all. Agree with some of the other comments though regarding the taste. At first I thought this was really good, but after a few times it started to get to me. I think it's the sucralose sweetener. It is overly sweet and there is definitely a bit of a chemical aftertaste. It's definitely not the worst RTD protein shake, but it's not the best. I think the chocolate flavor is way better.
- A We do not add any caffeine to the Ready To Drink Shake, Cookie N Creme. There may be trace amounts of caffeine since it is naturally occurring in cocoa, however, we do not standardize for the amount.

- A I had the difficulty with the vanilla as well. It has to be sold and shipped by Amazon to receive that discount. They could possibly be out of the vanilla. I would keep checking back:)
- A There are no B vitamins listed in the ingredients at all. Should be safe for you.
- A I only know of vanilla and strawberry as other flavors. If there are more I am not aware of them
- A I drink this after each workout and I love it. It's nice and cold and delishious. I can't say that it helps lose weight but it's more of giving your body the protein you need while working out or training. This isn't a meal replacement but I can say after working out and drinking this I do feel satisfied. I personally love these shakes.
